About the Project

The Brian and Susan Keeley Pavilion is a new 155,000-square-foot healthcare facility located on the Baptist Health South Florida campus in Miami. Developed as a four-story Women’s Cancer Center, the project expands access to specialized healthcare services while providing a modern, patient-focused environment designed to support the growing needs of the South Florida community.

Woodland Concrete served as the tilt-up concrete contractor for the project, delivering 61 architecturally detailed wall panels featuring coordinated reveals, façade articulation, and embedded structural connection systems. Constructed within an active hospital campus, the project required extensive planning, coordination, and precision to safely execute large panel lifts and maintain ongoing campus operations. The completed structure showcases the efficiency, durability, and architectural versatility of tilt-up construction while contributing to a landmark healthcare expansion.
