After 23 years at its previous location on Military Trail south of Southern Boulevard in West Palm Beach, the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections office required a new, modern facility to better serve its operational needs. The voting equipment center, previously located separately in Riviera Beach, also needed to be consolidated under one roof to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
The new 142,000 square foot facility at 345 S Congress Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33445, was constructed to house both the Supervisor of Elections office and the voting equipment (tabulation) center. This state-of-the-art building features modern office spaces, an integrated tabulation center, advanced security systems, and ample space for training and operational activities. Completed on-schedule and on-budget, the project overcame challenges such as coordinating the relocation of sensitive voting equipment and meeting stringent security requirements. The new facility supports improved operational efficiency, enhanced security, and better service to the residents of Palm Beach County, ensuring the county is well-prepared for future elections.
